Victor V. Claar is an associate professor of economics at the Lutgert College of Business at Florida Gulf Coast University. He is currently an affiliate scholar in economics at the Acton Institute, adjunct director of the George Gibbs Center for Economic Prosperity at the James Madison Institute, and a summer research fellow at the American Institute for Economic Research.
