Who We Are

AIER’s Bastiat Society program is a global network of individuals committed to advancing free trade, individual freedom, and limited government.

Our chapters bring these ideas to people around the world and empower them to make a difference in their community. We believe everyone should have the tools to advance liberty.

The Bastiat Experience

We are a bridge between the ideas of a free society and the men and women who operate within it. At our events you will learn something new from experts, meet likeminded peers in your community, and forge new relationships.

“It has been my great pleasure to volunteer as the Director of the Raleigh Bastiat Society. I have met some brilliant economists, business people and academic stars who are passionate about the goals of the Society: to promote capitalism, free markets, liberty and prosperity. Members of our chapter not only learn from brilliant individuals about very timely and important topics (e.g. “How Crypto Fails”) but also network with others who are passionate about the goals of the Bastiat Society. Very enjoyable and educational!” – Brad Taylor
