Richard Williams is the author of the recently published, Fixing Food, An FDA Insider Unravels the Myths and the Solutions. 

He has written articles on regulation, food safety and nutrition, economic and risk analysis.

Dr. Williams currently serves on two boards, the Institute for the Advancement of Food and Nutrition Sciences and is Chair of the Center for Truth in Science. He previously served on EPA’s Science Advisory Board.
