Steve Dewey is a retired federal financial regulator with 40 years of diverse business and financial experience in the private and public sectors. His career has involved the resolution of distressed asset portfolios and failed financial institutions in both Asia and the United States. In 2019, he founded the Washington, DC chapter of AIER’s Bastiat Society program. He is also founder of GeoFinancial Trends, LLC and writes on Substack.
Mr. Dewey earned his BA degree from Grove City College and his MBA degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
