Michael Heberling is the Chair of Leadership Studies in the Baker College MBA program in Flint, Michigan.
He received his bachelor’s degree and officer commission at Cornell University. Dr. Heberling also has an MS degree from the University of Northern Colorado and a PhD degree in Production and Operations Management from Michigan State University.
He is currently on the Board of Scholars for the Mackinac Center for Public Policy and on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Leadership & Organizational Studies.
