Crystal Taylor is the Director of Public Policy at the DeVoe L. Moore Center at Florida State University.
Dr. Taylor earned her Ph.D. in Urban Planning from Florida State University, MS in Geography from the University of Alabama, and BS in Management from Missouri State University.
