Arthur M. Diamond, Jr., is Senior Fellow with the American Institute for Economic Research. He earned graduate degrees in philosophy and in economics from the University of Chicago, where he also was awarded a Post-Doctoral Fellowship with economics Nobel Prize laureate Gary Becker. He has been on the faculty of the Department of Economics of The Ohio State University and is currently Professor of Economics at the University of Nebraska Omaha. Diamond is the author of Openness to Creative Destruction: Sustaining Innovative Dynamism from the Oxford University Press.
