AIER’s Bastiat Society program in Peru provides a platform for scholars and policy experts to share their insights and experiences with the general business community.

Chapter Director
Martin is the Director and Founder of the Republican Illustration Center-CIR (pro-market and liberalism). He also directs the “Ludwig von Mises” Study Circle. He is dedicated to the rental of properties and locations for cultural and artistic events.
Martin is an educator, with postgraduate studies in History from the Universidad Mayor de San Marcos, in Jurisprudence and Islamic History in Qom-Iran, and speaks Persian fluently. He studied Conciliation and Arbitration at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. He currently works at the Universidad Mayor de San Marcos (Lima-Peru).
