Eneas Biglione worked in Washington, D.C. for 20 years, as Latin American Senior Fellow for the Atlas Netowork and then as Executive Director of the Hispanic American Center for Economic Research (HACER). After moving back to Argentina he has devoted himself to Agribusiness. He describes himself as “a classical liberal, passionate about issues related to entrepreneurship, market economics, and individual liberty”
He started the Bastiat Society of Argentina in 2020 and has been facilitating seminars and workshops devoted to spreading free-market principles among the local business community, young professionals and college students.
Eneas is currently the Chairman of the Board of the Thomas Jefferson Institute for the Americas, Virginia. He is part of the group of alumni from FEE, the Atlas Society, and FAES Foundation in Spain. He earned a Postgraduate degree on Latin American Law & Economics, certified by Corporate Training and the George Mason University, a BS in Accounting from the Catholic University of Argentina (UCA), an Associate in Arts Degree with a major in Liberal Arts and a specialization in International Studies (graduated with honors: cum laude) at the Northern Virginia Community College of Annandale, Virginia, and an Associate in Science Degree with a major in General Studies (graduated with honors: cum laude) at the Northern Virginia Community College of Annandale, Virginia.
