The CFO is responsible for all financial and fiscal aspects of the Institute’s operations, including its $6 million annual operating budget and its designation as trustee for $135 million in split-interest gifts ($120 million Pooled Income Fund and $15 million in Charitable Remainder Unitrusts). This position is appointed by the Institute’s Board of Trustees and reports to the CEO. The broad responsibilities of this hands-on position require a varied skill set combined with the willingness to contribute to a growing, mission-focused organization.
