No matter what label is applied... the devil is always in the details. Here we see another label that does not match the actual intent of the legislation. In journalism this is frowned upon - in Washington its 'the way things are done'.
We, the governed, need to be ever villigant in what is being proposed in Wasington and communciate our concerns to our representatives and senators.
In this case, failure to speak up is considered consent. Probabily not what most people want - considering the loss of membership in the unions.
Be alert! Be vigilant! Communicate!
