The research of Craig Richardson, a visiting research fellow at AIER for several years, has been published in the Cato Journal. The title of the article is Mandatory Health Insurance: Lessons From Massachusetts, which was based on Richardson's summer research as a 2008 AIER Visiting Fellow.
